Screen captures that are annotated help the reader understand the function/purpose of the items or areas of the screen - whether it is a dialog box, an information box, a caution or warning, or a window. HelpWrite’s writers are proficient at capturing the correct graphic, and then labeling and captioning the graphic for maximum effect. We often use legends on screen captures and other artwork, especially if the artwork is to be translated. This keeps translation costs at a minimum.
